Implementation notes

What remains mocked or technical

Home review actions still use the existing deterministic write-back fixture.
Settings controls and review queue actions are route contracts only; profile, notification, and membership persistence is not enabled.
Advanced setup accepts write-only values and marker-only connection tests, then redacts them without Scooling persistence.
